He is asking if our schedule allows us to schedule cleans for specific times in advance and to take it a step further, allow an integration with a guest facing app to allow a guest to book a cleaning for themselves/allow hotels to upsell this as an amenity. The guest would benefit by being able to plan ahead and the hotel would be able to drill down on their schedules and tighten labor control.
